It's no wonder so many don't like the Millennial view of the Kingdom. Man doesn't want to answer to a literal King holding literal subjects accountable.

The Bible doesn't equip us with lists so you can find your decision decided for you, and then act out the list - that leads straight to legalism. Bringing external behavior into conformity with a list in the hopes that your actions will please God is NOT Christianity morality... Rather, the Bible equips us for every good work, by changing you inside, so that you assess things God's way. [Dr. John Piper, praphsd]

(Mt 16:26, KJV)

I was taking a walk, enjoying God's creation, and there was a little kid, in the dark, sitting on the sidewalk singing. The song he was singing (in Marshalleese:) I Need Thee Every Hour. awesome to be able to know that God indeed is needed every hour.

I'm half way around the world, typing on my iPad, sweating, and wondering why it's so hot. Then I realized why: I'm located 7' North - that's right - basically near the Equator!!!! makes Florida seem downright frigid.

well since my Verizon contract is no more, FB is my only connection to the outside world, and Skype. I'm in the land of pineapple, taking a nap for a few hours and then off to the land of Micronesia. Had my last fast food for a spell, and even chewed the fat for a bit.
